JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
– Servicing and repairing of all vehicles booked into the dealership – Diagnose and report findings accurately – Maintain and update on diagnostic tools – Request relevant and correct parts from parts sales executive – Notify management of any service related issues – Contacting clients and scheduling bookings of vehicles – Checking in of customers and follow ups with clients – Update job cards, ensuring that it contains accurate information and detailed information on the service/repairs – Plan and order parts required in advance as per vehicle identification – Ability to plan production – Maintaining good communication at head office and with customers – Plan and order parts required in advance as per vehicle identification – After Service Follow ups – Maintaining 5’S at all time – Understanding of costing of job cards
Experience: – Service technician: 3 years or more (Required) – Qualified Technician – Good Communication – Strong information technology background In the automotive sector
